Principle of Compressed Air in our Micro Oil Screw Air Compressor
The Micro Oil Air Compressor uses a pair of main screws, i.e., the pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws, made of high-strength alloy steel, have a precise spiral shape. During the intake process, the spiral shape of these screws forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, this chamber gradually expands, drawing external air into the chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the chamber to gradually shrink. This shrinking increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby raising its pressure. In this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, and thus a cooling system is needed to lower the temperature. To ensure the quality of the air, the compressed air also needs to pass through a filtering system to remove potential contaminants and particles.
