Spindle Instruction

1. The frequency converter must match the electric spindle unit. The fundamental frequency or the nominal frequency and the voltage must meet the technical parameters of the electric spindle.
2. Electric spindle is usually cooled by circulating water. Cooling water should be rust-proof and filtered clean. When receiving water, the inlet should be below the electric spindle.
3. When using an oil mist lubricated spindle, the pressure regulating valve of the oil mist device should be adjusted to 0.25~0.3 MPA the fog pressure should be 0.1~0.2 MPA, and the number of drops of oil should be 60-70 drops/min. and the lubricating oil should be bell oil or turbine oil No. 20.
4. The speed on the motorized spindle manual is the highest speed, and it can not be increased, but it can be used to reduce
the speed and voltage and frequency are reduced when the speed is lowered.
5. The rotation direction of the motorized spindle is usually counter-clockwise (viewed from the shaft). except for special
requirements.
6. The motorized spindle lubricated by oil mist must be connected with water and gas before it can start and stop water and gas
supply after shutdown.
