Y2 Series Cast Iron Housing Three Phase Asynchronous Electric Motor

Y2 series( IP54 ) three-phase asynchronous motor is the latest three-phase asynchronous motor developed by finalizing the advanced experiences from internationally developed counties. Various properties reached the international advanced standard in 1990. The performing standards are conformed to JB / T8680-1998.

For the Y2 series three-phase asynchronous motor, the frame number is 63-355, a total of 14 frame numbers, and the electrode reaches 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and Power from 0.12 to 200 KW. Totaly 104 specifications. At present, we have 82 specifications, from frame number 63 to 280. The number of electrode ranges includes 2, 4, 6, and 8, and the power range from 0.12 to 200 KW.

Y2 Series Three-phase Asynchronous Motors Operating Conditions:

• Ambient temperature: -15℃ - 40℃;
• Relative Humidity: Not higher than 90%;
• Altitude: Altitude should be lower than 1000 meters above sea level.
• Rated voltage:380V.
• Rated frequency:50Hz.
• Connection: Star-connection for 3KW or less whereas delta-connection for 4KW or more.
• Duty/Rating: Continuous(S1).
• Cooling method: ICO141.

Characteristics of Y2 Series Three-phase Asynchronous Motor:

(1) High standardization and universality of this series, the installation size is basically similar to the Y series electric motor in the same specification. The standard parts and fasteners are chosen according to relevant national standards.
(2) Y2 series three-phase asynchronous motors adopt special exterior design-parallel vertical radiate slices. This design not only increased radiated surface but also strengthened the electric motor's beautification
(3) Y2 series electric motor insulation degree is F grade, but for the temperature rise, we still use the B grade standard. It increases both reliability and extension.
(4) Y2 series electric motor has weak vibration and low noise
(5) Y2 series electric motor has the maximum efficiency when the loading rate is at about 75%.

Y2 Series Three-phase Asynchronous Motor Application:

Y2 series three-phase asynchronous motors are widely used in many places, where do not exist combustible, explosive, or corrosive gas, without any special requirements, such as machine tools, pumps, fans, transport machinery, mixer, agriculture machinery, food machines, etc.
