All pipelines are made from 304, 316 stainless steel or corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring longevity. Furthermore, the motor and the main machine are directly connected at the same speed, limiting the maximum rotation speed to 2980rpm/min. This results in a longer lifespan for the bearings and rotor.

3. Energy-Efficient Oil-Free Screw Air Compressor

We use the direct injection of water for cooling the rotor and cavity, which provides a higher isothermal compression efficiency. The double compression chamber technology, with one rotor and two compression chambers, surpasses two-stage compression, eliminating the need for intermediate cooling and reducing power consumption.

The compressed air is then pushed towards the machine's outlet. This process generates heat, which is managed by our cooling system. The air is also passed through a filtering system to remove any potential contaminants and particles.
