  The compressor is energy-efficient, thanks to the largest screw design in the world and a dual-pressure cavity host. The screw turns a circle, a spiral cavity compresses twice, with six spiral cavities compressing 12 times, achieving a volumetric efficiency of over 95%.

  Our compressor can function normally in a variety of harsh environments, with operating temperatures ranging from -20 to 55 degrees Celsius and a continuous working temperature not exceeding 92 degrees.

• Oil Content Less Than 2ppm

  The high-performance host only needs a small amount of air compressor oil to achieve a good sealing effect, with air production oil content less than 2ppm.

Our Micro-Oil Screw Air Compressor uses a pair of main screws, the air pressure screw and rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws are typically made from high-strength alloy steel with a precise spiral shape. During the intake process, the spiral shape of the air pressure screw and rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them.

Our company's full range of products has passed Germany's TUV class 0 oil-free certification, CE certification, ISO9001 certification, and TS16949 certification. We're the first in the industry to use water for internal cooling and lubrication in high-end screw compressors.
