Our Micro-Oil Air Compressor uses a pair of main screws, the pressure screw and the rotating screw, to accomplish the compression process. These screws are typically made of high-strength alloy steel and have a precise helical shape. During the intake process, the helical shape of the pressure screw and rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually reduce. This reduction gradually increases the air's compression ratio, thereby increasing the air's pressure. During this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the machine's outlet. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to reduce the temperature. At the same time, to ensure air quality, the compressed air needs to be cleaned through a filtering system to remove potential pollutants and particles.
