We have more than ten production lines for spindle processing, including high-precision OD grinding machines, taper grinding machines advanced equipment for heat treatment and measuring. On the basis of professional production experience of over 40 years. We are able to process spindles of universality. High speed and high stiffness, such as type A, type B.type C, and type D are used in CNC lathes, spindle are used in the machining center. a grinding machine, a boring machine, etc.
Heat treatment high-frequency hardening. intermediate frequency hardening, salt bath hardening, and nitrogen hardening.

Note:
1. The diagram is taking the lathe spindle as an example; the other machine tool spindle also can make reference.
2. for ease of processing, the dimension of the spindle end should be designed according to GB5900-1997, GB 38371-1983.3
3. We can make and test the taper gauge in conformity to GB/T 11853-2003.GB/T 1854003 grade 3. in order to avoid problems resulting from the difference of gauge angle between manufacturer and customer, the gauge should be supplied by the customer or applying our gauge should be specified in the technical agreement.

Note:
1. General construction is shown in the above figure, customizing withdrawing is also accepted.
2. Radial cage nut is processed standardization all, the delivery time will be shortening if radial cage nut is selected.
3. In the above table, the perpendicularity of the end face is the nut accuracy. If assembled in spindle the run out of the end face is twice of the value in the above table.
4. As the processibility of the maze closed cage nut is worse, its perpendicularity is five times as much as the table value， and the run-out of the end face is three times as much as the table value assembled in the spindle.
