- Intelligence system for error proofing and error correction
The function is intended to prevent the machine from damage caused by human errors. The Drive Motor Torque Protection function enables the machine to stop if the torque increases abnormally, thus avoiding damage to the plate. The Tolerance Protection function allows the device to control if position tolerance exceeds 3mm at both ends of the roller, thus preventing damage to the sleeve and mandrel.

- Automatic pressure compensation
The function adjusts the print pressure automatically when machine speed changes, thus avoiding the register tolerance and color difference caused by pressure changes.The function helps the machine stable print when the machine speed changes.

- Printing length measuring
The system will measure the print length in real time and send the feedback tension system. The system will automatically adjust to ensure variable print length, thus reducing the defect rate.
- Solvent concentration real time monitoring
The function monitors solvent concentration at the print unit and main heating oven. When solvent concentration increases to a certain limit, the system will trigger an alarm and adjust the air speed discharged to the exhaust pipe.

- Drive motor torque self-adaption

- Speed self-adaption control system
By comparing the torque??value and adjusting the anilox??motor speed, the system will reduce the torque difference and eliminate the ink bar caused by a bit of heavy pressure printing.
- Print unit constant temperature Control system
With a unique structure and circulating cooling system, the print mandrel is protected from heat, which may cause the print dot to expand and the plate to dry. This enables the print mandrel to vary in temperature and enhances the plate service life, thus improving the printing quality and the rate of finished products.

The function is intended for storing technical parameters for 99 jobs. The function enables the history job parameters to be retrieved easily. The print decks can move to a set position and start printing without further setting. When the machine stops, the last position of the print sleeve will be memorized. When the engine starts again, it will work from the same position.
