600 Class Ley Bushed Chain

A 600 Class ley bushed chain is a type of conveyor chain that is used to transmit power and motion in a variety of industrial applications. Sometimes referred to as “Cement sleeve chain” or “intermediate carrier chain” is used extensively in Cement mills. It is a heavy-duty chain that is designed to withstand high loads and demanding operating conditions.

600 Class ley bushed chains are characterized by their use of renewable bushings. The pin holes at the closed end of the link are provided with smooth bushings, which are press-fitted into the links and keyed into place. The bushings are renewable and can be driven out and replaced when they become worn. This makes ley bushed chains a very cost-effective solution for applications where chain wear is a major concern.

600 Class ley bushed chains have a tensile strength range of 20,000 to 36,000 pounds and are available in a pitch range of 3.00 to 6.04 inches with a complete assortment of Brutaloy or cast steel sprockets. All 600 Class ley bushed chains are manufactured according to the manufacturer’s standards and are completely interchangeable.
