LO: Unless the customer has special requirements, the gearbox will not be oiled when leaving the factory. The oil quantity shall be determined according to the installation method specified when ordering.
N: Must rotete in counterclockwise
S: Must rotate in clockwise
Mounting orientation(type): A, B, C, D, VA, VB
Rotation direction:
L—Rotation with positive and negative direction
N—With backstop, it makes rotation in counterclockwise that facing to the input shaft
S—With backstop, it makes rotation in clockwise that facing to the input shaft

DXG Series Mounting & Removal
The following installation instructions must be observed
- Make sure the gearbox is installed correctly to prevent looseness. If it must be used in overload or vibration situations, please install hydraulic couplings, torque limiters, etc.
- Before painting, the machined surface of parts and the outer surface of oil seal must have protective measures to prevent the paint from drying on the rubber and damaging the sealing function
- Before the gearbox is put into use, it shall be ensured that the equipment connected to the gearbox shall comply with relevant technical regulations.
- Before starting the machine, ensure that the oil level meets the specified assembly position of the gearbox, and the viscosity of the oil should be suitable for the use of the gearbox.
See Figure A4 - E for outdoor installation. Proper measures must be taken to protect the motor from rain or sunlight.
- Before assembly, each mounting surface must be kept clean and properly treated to prevent rust.

Gearbox Selection
- Design power and output speed
Determine the output speed of the reducer, that is, the required speed of the driven machine. Multiply the required power of the driven machine by the service factor selected in the first step (if the required power is unknown, it can be multiplied by the power of the input motor).
Note: The reducer can bear twice the rated torque or power instantaneously when starting or running - Unit selection
Select the required reducer from the rated power table according to the output speed of the reducer and the power calculated in the second step.
The selection of single-stage deceleration or two-stage deceleration is determined by the required speed of the driven machine. The rated output speed of the reducer is the output speed in the power meter and belt drive meter.
Note: When 5:1 reducer is used, backstop is not recommended. - Belt drive selection1440 rpm AC motor drive belt selection of associated belt drive for1440 rpm electric motors
1. Refer to the belt selection table for output speed. Under the selected reducer model and speed ratio, find the output speed that is equal to or closest to the recommended speed ratio in the first column
2. The diameter of the belt pulley shall be the pitch diameter of the corresponding motor belt pulley and reducer belt pulley according to the output speed, as well as the groove type and the appropriate number of belts.
Note: In many cases, a belt is recommended for the purpose of transmitting proper power
3. The length and center distance of the center distance belt can be found in the corresponding manual.

SMR Reducer Specification
1. Shaft out hollow shaft
The optional hollow shaft diameter of standard shaft is suitable for the size of SO standard shaft diameter.
2. High precision gear
Computer designed helical gear shaft, high-strength alloy steel materials, carburizing and quenching, gear grinding process (part of the middle gear shaft shaving process), involute profile modification, in line with SO1328-1997 standard, each gear transmission efficiency as high as 98%, stable transmission, low noise.
3. High strength box
The box is precision cast with high-strength cast iron, with excellent shock absorption and impact mitigation capability. The bearing aperture is precision machined, and the locating pin is accurately positioned to ensure the smooth engagement of the gear
4. High strength alloy steel
The input gear shaft is made of high-strength alloy steel, hardened, bearing gear, oil seal gear and input shaft excircle precision grinding, which can withstand the maximum radial load and torque. Long input keyway design, can withstand large impact, fully in line with SO standards.
5. Additional box support angle (excluding H and J)
Support the torque arm bolts to prevent the bolts from being too tight and damaging the box. The installation position of the control standard torque arm is within the recommended range.
6. Backstop
Optional accessories are used when the reducer cannot reverse (only used for 13:1 and 20:1 reducers, not recommended for 5:1 reducers).
7. Bearing and oil seal
All bearings meet the SO standard, and the oil seal is even skeleton double lip oil seal.
8. Rubber oil cover
Seal the middle gear shaft hole with a rubber sealing cap, with the standard hole size of SO.
9. Torque arm accessories
Use the torque arm to install and adjust the spatial position of the reducer and the tightness of the belt.
ZJY series shaft mounted gearbox
Brief of ZJY series shaft mounted gearbox
ZY series shaft mounted reducers are installed directly on the power input shaft of the supporting host, omitting the connection accessories and reducer installation platform between them. They are suitable for mechanical transmission of bucket elevators, belt conveyors, scraper conveyors and other equipment, and can also be matched with other hosts with such installation requirements,
The product is manufactured according to JBT9050.1-1900 standard. The main transmission parts are made of high-quality alloy steel. The gear is processed by carburizing, quenching and grinding, and the accuracy is (GB100951-2001) Grade 6. The product has small volume, high bearing capacity, long service life, low noise, and high efficiency. Compared with ZJ series shaft assembly and speed governor, the same output torque, ZJY weight is only about 30% of that of ZJ, so the requirements for the rigidity of the supporting host frame are greatly reduced, and the transmission balance
In addition to two-way operation, the product can be configured with a backstop device according to user needs to achieve one-way braking
Type and symbol of decelerator
The whole series of reducers have seven specifications of 106, 125, 150, 180, 212, 250, 300, with the unit of low-speed level center distance (mm). The transmission ratio of each specification has 10, 112, 125, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22.4, 25 The marking codes of nine types of reducers include model, low-speed stage center distance, nominal transmission ratio and rotation direction
