The Principle of Compressed Air in Our Oil-free Screw Air Compressor

Our oil-free screw air compressor uses a pair of primary screws, the pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws, typically made from high-strength alloy steel, have precise helical shapes. When the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, drawing external air in via the intake. Once the air enters, the rotation of the screws causes the chamber to gradually shrink, increasing the air's compression ratio and pressurizing it. This compressed air is then pushed to the machine's outlet.

The compression process produces heat, necessitating a cooling system to reduce the temperature. Additionally, to ensure air quality, the compressed air needs to be cleaned by a filtration system to remove potential contaminants and particles.
