Product features of RV precision reducer

Ultra-flat design & compact structure

Reducer structure

The reducer consists of an output flange, a support flange, a pin gear housing, a cycloidal gear, and a crankshaft. Planetary gears. Pin teeth, input gear (optional). Main bearings, tapered roller bearings. The needle roller bearing is composed of a cage, oil seal, etc.

E series output torque and efficiency

The rated torque refers to the output torque when the output speed is 18 Rmi. The input power takes into account the efficiency of the reducer.
Torque calculation formula T=9549 XPXn/N (T: torque Nm, P: power Kw, N: speed r/min, n: efficiency%).

E-type reducer installation essentials

To ensure that the accuracy of the reducer can meet the usage requirements during the installation process. Please assemble according to the following requirements.
Bare metal assembly essentials
·The coaxiality error between the motor shaft and the reducer is less than 0.03mm (less than 0.05 for models above 160E).
·If the installation accuracy is poor, it is easy to cause vibration and noise.
·When assembling, the specified lubricating grease must be sealed in the specified amount.
·Standard diagram when the reducer is assembled with matching components. The "0" ring position in the diagram needs to be sealed.
