Idler Sprocket
The idler sprocket is a flat hubless sprocket with sealed bearings that allow the sprocket to rotate freely. The bearings used in our idler sprockets use wide inner rings to create spacing between components on the shaft. The idler gear is usually installed in a fixed position on the fixed shaft or connected to the tensioner arm.
