Classification of common hydraulic motors
Hydraulic motors can be classified into high-speed hydraulic motors and low-speed hydraulic motors according to speed. High-speed hydraulic motors include A2F series hydraulic motors, gear hydraulic motors, and vane hydraulic motors. The applicable speed of high-speed hydraulic motors is generally high, which generally runs at 800-3000r/min, and some even higher. The displacement of high-speed motors is relatively small, which is generally hundreds of milliliters per revolution, so the output torque is relatively small.
Low speed and high torque hydraulic motors include crankshaft connecting rod type radial piston hydraulic motor (external five-star motor), crankshaft swing cylinder type radial piston motor (internal five-star motor), internal curve ball plug hydraulic motor (steel ball motor), cycloidal hydraulic motor, internal curve piston hydraulic motor (Hegron motor, Portland motor), etc. Low-speed hydraulic motors generally operate below 700r/min. The displacement of these hydraulic motors is relatively large, and the output torque is also relatively large.
The low-speed high torque hydraulic motor has good stability at low speed, and the large displacement hydraulic motor can operate at about 5r/min, so it does not need a reducer to achieve low speed. However, each type of hydraulic motor has its own unique application occasion, so it is better to communicate with the actual manufacturer when selecting the type. The appropriate type selection of hydraulic motor is helpful to the guarantee of the whole hydraulic system.
