The feed mixer drive solution is designed to:
A ductile iron shell and planetary gear transmission device are adopted, and an integral alloy steel forged output drive shaft is connected to the modular right-angle gearbox.
The shell of HZPT's horizontal and vertical feed mixer drive device adopts an integral oil passage, eliminating the external pipeline that is easy to leak and damage.
Planetary gear drives provide quiet, stable, and efficient operation and the ability to transmit more power in a given space.

Hzpt planetary gear reducer is used for TMR mixer in the feed industry of agricultural and animal husbandry machinery. The planetary gearbox of the feed mixer is widely used in cattle farms. Hzpt has developed more than 20 planetary gear reduction boxes and feed mixer gearboxes of different sizes for ordinary customers, and its inventory can be used by the public.
For the planetary gearbox of the tractor-driven feed mixer, the input speed usually does not exceed 540rpm, and the output speed ranges from 20rpm to 25rpm. TMR mixer/feed mixer and vertical planetary reducer are the most popular mobile feed mixer gearbox models. We Also Supply PTO Shafts

Our PTO shaft powers the mixer through all spline connections. This is the most efficient and reliable way to transfer power from the tractor to the mixer. Our shafts are protected by standard shear bolts and an optional cam-type torque limiting clutch. Shear bolts provide simple and direct protection for your equipment, while torque limits provide peace of mind and automatic reset without wearing parts.
