Installation

The Worm Gearbox should be installed according to the following guidelines:

2. The Worm Gearbox should be installed on a stable base with good ventilation. The accessibility of oil filling/draining should be considered.
3. The input shaft and motor shaft should be aligned within the tolerance range.
4. After installation, manually rotate the input shaft to check for any locking.
5. Perform a no-load test run first, and correct any abnormalities before normal operation.

Lubrication and Maintenance

1. For prolonged use, an oil change should be performed after the first 500 hours of operation and every 2500 hours thereafter. However, we recommend checking the oil level and condition periodically before the next oil change.
