R/F/K/S Series Helical Gearbox

A helical gearbox is a novel reduction transmission device. K Series Helical Bevel Gearbox

K series helical bevel gearbox’s transmission parts are composed of helical gear and bevel gear. It is a right-angle output speed reducer, with the most compact structure design and high bearing capacity. With the modular concept, the K series helical gearbox connected with the AC motor forms K series helical bevel gear motor, to realize mechatronics. K series helical bevel gear reducers are widely used in equipment of petrochemical, pharmaceutical, printing and packaging, ceramic , mining construction, stage, etc.

Box: HT250 high-strength cast iron. Injection cavity, effectively reduce the wear of parts;
Gear: 20CrMo high-quality alloy steel, carbonitriding treatment (keep the tooth surface hardness HRC60 after fine grinding)
Flat key: 45 steel, surface hardness HRC50
